The Comic Book Crew are heading to WonderCon for three days of sequential art induced delirium!
We have been silent for a bit for several reasons, but part of it was gearing up for this chance to look for the new creators we will be featuring in future months!
Expect a few articles full of convention coverage over the coming days. And probably some videos on our Facebook page.
Apologies to GB Tran for the delay, the VIETNAMERICA episode will be up in the coming weeks. It's going to be a bit of a stripped down cast. Several members couldn't get their hands on a copy and this lengthy tome has taken a few of our contributors a bit longer than expected to finish.
There's just so much going on in this book, it's quite the staggering undertaking to discuss it.
For those of you that are ready for the next book, we are going back to capes and tights for a bit. We will be covering Superman: Red Son by Mark Millar, Dave Johnson and Killian Plunkett. A story which asks "What if Superman had landed in Russia, not Smallville?" Chris' choice on this one.

GB Tran got in touch with us...
And while you all are waiting for the next episode, he gave us permission to post his e-mail of praise.
"... just wanted to thank you for choosing VIETNAMERICA as the next comic book of the month discussion! Considering your picks so far, it's quite an honor. Please lemme know if there's anything I can do to help fuel the impending dialog, and look forward to your thoughts. (And by 'look forward', I mean cringing with nervous apprehension of my work going under the microscope of people far more articulate and well-read then myself!)... I thought your discussion on HEREVILLE was really well balanced: informative, personal, complimentary, and a constructive critique—so regardless of how VIETNAMERICA goes down, it's as-they-say 'just nice to be nominated.'"
-GB Tran
We don't want to tell you too much about what we thought of VITENAMERICA before hand, but we will say that he easily belongs in the company of the previous authors we've featured (all two of them).
